This is a healthy, 100% homemade banana peanut butter spread. It is perfect on toast, oatmeal and sometimes even on a spoon alone. Actually, always! 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups 100% peanut butter
  • Natural sweetener (stevia, maple syrup)
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¾ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and grind until smooth and creamy. You can keep your banana peanut butter spread in the fridge for 1 month.
