Shipping, payment and return policy

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Delivery time frame for delivery in United States is 2-5 working days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Delivery date for other countries is 2-14 working days. 

We ship from United States. Shipping rate for United States is $2 for physical products, for countries outside United States is $8. Shipping costs will be calculated upon placing your order.

Free shipping for all orders over $40.

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.  The product(s) must be unused in its original packaging with labels intact and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made. Kindly note that you will be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.


When you receive your shipment please inspect it very carefully that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your order and see that it is damaged or products do not match the one you ordered, you shall contact us within 30 days from receiving the product. You may pay with either credit or debit cards. We do not store any credit card numbers. Pay with your credit/debit card securely over the Internet. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.


“Promo Code” means a code that must be entered at checkout on online transactions in order to receive a discount or benefit. Each promo code is subject to (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the promo code offer and (b) these general promo code terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.

Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
